These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Concierge Cart Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service, enrolling in a membership plan, or allowing us to service your cart, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services and Pricing
We provide golf cart cleaning, maintenance, and related concierge services in the Las Vegas area. We reserve the right to modify service descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time. Pricing in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
2. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
- Bookings are requests until confirmed by us.
- We may reschedule for weather, safety, equipment failure, or other conditions outside our control. We will contact you to arrange a new time. Rescheduling by us is not a breach of these Terms.
- You may cancel or rebook a rescheduled appointment without a trip fee when we initiate the change.
3. Care and Limitations
Cleaning near battery bays and electrical components carries inherent risk. We take reasonable care but are not responsible for failure of batteries, chargers, controllers, wiring, or electronics. We may decline or stop a service if the cart is unsafe to work on, is beyond the scope of the booked service, or if site conditions are unsafe.
4. Payment
Payment is due as agreed at booking or on invoice. Commercial accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms. Past-due balances may result in suspension of service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
